Asking the the viewer to see, for a moment, the world as he sees it His process is about connection with people. Previously he found this connection with people on the sea, working on the water for many years as sailboat captain. Based in Nicaragua in 2023 he turned his gaze to the easel and the adventures of a creative life. Drawing inspiration from the ocean, his travels, and the people who inspire him along the way!

He often paints alla prima and en plein air out on location amongst his subjects, but also enjoys painting in his studio mixing imaginative themes and photo reference.
